In order to confirm the reservation, we usually ask for a deposit according to the length of the stay. The payment of the confirming deposit will be in Euro by bank transfer and not in other currency and it has to be NET and FREE of all the bank charges. 

In order to book the room we also need to receive by mail the copy of the travel ticket for Sardinia and a mobile number.

No penalty is applied for cancellations till 60 days before the arrival day, excluding bank charges or postage. After this date the 30% is required as penalty charge.
For cancellations starting from 30 days before the arrival day , we will ask for a penalty charge of the 50% of the total amount.
For cancellations starting from 15 days before the arrival day, we will ask for a penalty charge of the 70% of the total amount.
For cancellation starting from 7 days before the arrival day, we will ask for a penalty charge of the 90% of the total amount.

In case of cancellation 3 nights before the arrival day, we will require the total amount of the stay.

The arrival day is always excluded for the calculation of the time regarding the penalty charge. 

Our cancellation policy will be applied also in case of a partial cancellation of the stay. 

If the stay has to be shorter than the period already booked, we will ask the full amount of the stay as compensation.  

In case of cancellation notified from 60 days till one day before tha stay,it's not possible to consider the DEPOSIT or the room payment valid for the booking of a new stay.

In case of announced strike of a flight company , we could not confirm the booking of the room. Otherwise as guarantee we could ask for the 80% of the total room payment in advance and the money will be not refundable in case of cancellation.

• No show: 100% of reservation value.
• The minimum stay is 4 nights from the 15 of July till the 31 of August and 3 nights in the other periods.
• The stay tax of Santa Teresa Gallura is euro 1,50 per person per night starting from 12 years old.
• The stay tax is not included in the cost of the room.
