• Our special breakfast will be served in our beautiful veranda from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. At the moment of the booking, it' s possible to ask for special breakfast without milk products or gluten free. 
• On the arrival day, check in starting from 3:00 p.m. On departure day please let the rooms at 10:30 a.m.
• In Sardinia water is very precious, to respect our island, we change bath towels and bedclothes every 3 or 4 days depending on the length of the stay.
• Tancamelis will thank you for your smoking out of the room.
• We can welcome you speaking French and English. During your stay we are at disposal for suggesting you some typical restaurant and rural places to spend nice evening under the stars.
• The nearest sand beach is just 10 minutes walking far from home. It is equipped with deckchairs and umbrellas. On request we can reserve them for you.
• The other beaches are about 15 minutes driving from us . Santa Teresa and its nice seaport are just 4 km from Tancamelis.
• The closer good restaurant is located at about 2 km. from Tancamelis, otherwise the most part of other restaurants is in the center of Santa Teresa at 4 km from us. The typical restaurants called "agriturismo" are generally located in the mid of the country, so to reach them it's necessary about 15 minutes by car.
• Tancamelis is a country house located on the hills of the Gallurashire ,far few minutes from the first beach, in any case we warmly suggest you to reach us by car or by motorcycle in order to be able to explore the several beaches of the area and in order to be able to reach the nearby good restaurants. There is not a confortable bus service available in our country area.  
• We love pets but we are not organized to accept them.
• Children from 6 years are welcome.
• It's possible to rent beach towels paying euro 10 per person, this amount includes also the use of a little ombrella for the sun.It's not possible to take out of the room the bathroom towels in order to use them at the beach.
• No service of swimming pool.
• At the arrival it's possible to ask for the password to use free wi-fi connection ( not skype connection ).
• Bar service not available.
• Free parking.

Booking And Cancellation Policy

In order to confirm the reservation, we usually ask for a deposit according to the length of the stay. The payment of the confirming deposit will be in Euro by bank transfer and not in other currency and it has to be net and free of bank charges. At the moment credit cards and bancomat are not accepted. The balance of the total amount has to be payed Cash at the check in.

In order to book the room we also need to receive by mail the copy of the travel ticket for Sardinia and a mobile number.and

No penalty is applied for cancellations till 45 days before the arrival day, excluding bank charges or postage. After this date the deposit of 30% is required as penalty charge.
For cancellations starting from 30 days before the arrival day , we ask a penalty charge of the 50% of the total amount.
For cancellations starting from 15 days before the arrival day, we ask a penalty charge of the 70% of the total amount.
For cancellation starting from 7 days before the arrival day, we ask a penalty charge of the 80% of the total amount.

If the stay has to be shorter than the period already booked, we will ask the full amount of the stay as compensation.  

In case of announced strike of a flight company , we could not confirm the booking of the room. Otherwise as guarantee we could ask for the 80% of the total room payment in advance and the money will be not refundable in case of cancellation.

• Early departure: 100% of reservation value.
• No show: 100% of reservation value.
• The minimum stay is 4 nights from the 15 of July till the 31 of August and 3 nights in the other periods.
• The stay tax of Santa Teresa Gallura is euro 1,50 per person per night starting from 12 years old.
• The stay tax is not included in the cost of the room.
